Abstract Submission
Deadline for submitting abstract is September 15th, 2024. Information on the status of submitted abstracts will be sent by email to authors presenting abstracts at the Conference.

Presenters of qualified abstracts must register as Conference participants and pay registration fee no later than October 5th, 2024.
Abstract
- All abstracts will only be accepted via online submission.
- All abstract presenters must register and pay the registration fee.
Abstract Rules
- One author can present only one abstract.
- Abstracts being submitted must be original.
- Individuals can co-author multiple abstracts.
- Faxed or photocopied abstracts will not be reviewed.
- Abstracts will be reviewed, and answer given by October 5th, 2024.
- After submission, abstracts cannot be modified.
Important Submission Elements
All abstracts must be submitted online via the 2nd PAK Conference online abstract system. Each completed submission is peer-reviewed for its scientific content by Scientific Committee.
When submitting your abstract, you will have to select the preferred mode of your presentation (oral or poster).
Due to the fact that the abstracts will be reproduced in the Abstracts book exactly in the form, they will be submitted, authors are kindly requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Abstract text word limit: 200 words (names and affiliation details excluded)
- Abstract title: Abstract titles are limited to 15 words or less.
- Surname(s) of the author(s): Enter the first (given) name and last (family/surname) name for each author plus institution/affiliation.
For Research Abstracts:
- Introduction.
- Methods.
- Results.
- Discussion.
- Conclusions.
For Clinical Cases / Case Reports:
- Introduction.
- Case Description.
- Discussion.
Notification of Acceptance
The official notifications will be emailed by the October 5th, 2024, to all accepted presenters. The notifications will include presentation mode assignment (oral or poster), date, and session time.
PLEASE NOTE: If reviewers decide that the submitted abstract cannot be accepted as an oral presentation, the proposal to present it as a poster presentation could be made.
All communication between the 2nd PAK Conference organizers and the presenter will be done via email. The email address used will be the one you supply when submitting your abstract as the PRESENTING AUTHOR.
